Situated at the start of the Cap D'Antibes in Juan Les Pins, minutes from the beach and town centre, this bright and airy property is ideally located. Recently refurnished, it is equipped with internal (very quiet) air conditioning, WIFI & English TV. It has a modern fitted kitchen, including a washing machine, electric oven and hob, and stylish accessories. With your own private parking and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants of Juan Les Pins this perfectly located apartment has everything you need for your Holiday on the French Riviera. English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. CHECK IN & OUT: On arrival we will meet you at the apartment, show you around and give you any helpful information you may need with the apartment or the area. We are happy to supply you with 2 sets of keys for your stay. Our check out time is 10 am and check in time is 4pm. We try to be as flexible as possible as we understand that arrival and departure times can vary depending on your travel schedule. LINEN & TOWELS: Your property will be supplied with a full set of clean towels (including beach towels) and linen. SECURITY DEPOSIT / DAMAGES: A Security Deposit will be taken, in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents or loss of keys. Any chargeable expenses arising during the rental period will be deducted from the deposit. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Cleaning fee and local tax de sejour are payable in cash on arrival. We will be there on arrival to hand over the keys and show the guests around the property to make sure they are happy and have everything they need. We are on hand to answer any questions. A welcome folder will be provided in the house and guests will have a contact number should they have any problems or questions during their stay.

We had a great family getaway to Juan les Pins. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed! The property manager was super helpful and ensured we were very well looked after. Especially with a little baby this made our holiday all the more...More

Great apartment! I stayed there for 6 months whilst working in the area. Location is brilliant and is only 5 minutes away from Juan-les-Pins where there a variety of bars and restaurants. The centre of Old Antibes is 10-15 mins away by Uber, and costs...More

Nearly the entire coast of Juan-les-Pins is fringed by sandy beaches that run from the Port Gallice in the east to the edge of Vallauris-Golfe Juan in the west. A lot of the shore is taken up by private beach restaurants where you can rent sun loungers and enjoy your lunch. A selection of waterspots are also available throughout the beaches in the area. At Grande Plage you get a clear view out to the Iles de Lerins in the distance and the Esterel mountains to the west.
