Il est idéalement situé près d'un arrêt de bus et des plages et bénéficie du calme d'une vue sur une oliveraie. Il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit de 160/200 et un autre en mezzanine de 140/200, confortable pour 2 ENFANTS MAIS PAS POUR 2 ADULTES. Un salon avec cuisine américaine entièrement équipée et d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et chauffe serviette. Entièrement rénové en avril 2012, tout est neuf, pratique, moderne et choisi avec goût. Vous y trouverez une télé grand écran plat avec Pack sport (Bein) et cinéma, la wifi, ainsi qu'un lave-linge, four, plaque à induction et tout ce qui est essentiel à un séjour réussi et paisible. Vous y trouverez ainsi 4 draps de bain à utiliser pour vos sorties à la plage en plus du linge de toilette fourni. Le parking est possible à moins de 3 minutes à pied, et les animaux de petite taille sont acceptés.
