Not only Honfleur is the paradise for art galleries, some interesting museums but also for lots of restaurants, gastropubs and michelin-star restaurants (1 & 2 star-). Its medieval atmosphere, its narrow winding streets, its quays offer a really nice getaway from our crazy world. Concerts, venues like the Russian festival in late November, like Estuaire d 'en rire in September, special exhibitions at local museums (Eugène Boudin, Erik Satie...etc) are part of Honfleur's cultural life. Day (wed. and sat.) and night street markets during summer are also enjoyable.
