The villa sits in a traditionally styled gated community and is on three floors with 3 double bedrooms and an open plan ground floor that leads onto a south facing decked area. The waters edge is a few feet away protected by railings making the house safe for young families. The immediate group of houses has exclusive use of the swimming pool situated within metres of the house (the pool is currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions and because the pool is quite small, so the safety of residents and guests is a priority. This situation is being reviewed each week and please note that this may differ from the national guidelines in France). About the neighbourhood

Quai Saint Louis is part of the newest marina development to be built in the South of France. Modelled on traditional fishermen’s houses, the feel is that of a typical Provençal fishing village. The marina opens directly onto the Canal de Sete a Rhone which leads to the Mediterranean sea and its many beaches or links inland to the National Park of the Camargue. It is possible to hire boats locally on an hourly, daily or weekly basis and with the boat moored at the bottom of the garden; you can access all the beaches, the local towns of Aigues Mortes and Grau du Roi and the surrounding region from your door without ever using the car.
