This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is located in a period building sporting the most stunning stairwell in the heart of Paris’ oldest and most fashionable district. It has been stylishly renovated. The original wooden beams have been carefully restored to contribute to the ambiance. The living area is elegant and welcoming. It looks out over a magnificent Magnolia in the courtyard, offering pleasant respite from the busy streets. The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for conjuring up a meal using some of the delicious local delicacies you’ll find in the nearby market, at rue Rambuteau. The bedroom, which also overlooks the courtyard is very tranquil, with plenty of shelving and closet space. The bathroom comes complete with bathtub.

This neighbourhood provides the perfect Parisian experience from sunny, outdoor brasseries to the latest shopping on Rue des Francs Bourgeois to romantic walks along the Seine.

We had many problems. The apartment was not clean.The washing machine didn't work. The coffee pot didn't work. There were three plumbing leaks, one of which was a broken pipe resulting in a flood. There were ants invading our food. There was a very loud...More
