We started out staying with Roger and Patricia for 10 days. The Horseshoe cottage was very clean and has lots of room. Roger and Patricia were welcoming and friendly. Their farm is very close to may attractions. 5 minutes from the Kennedy Arboretum, 25 minutes from Waterford or the Hook lighthouse, 45 minutes from Wexford, or 10 minutes from New Ross. The region is beautiful with rolling hills and close to the ocean. Lots of history in the area with ruins close by. We stayed and extra 10 days in the Granary Cottage, this cottage was a bit more private and just as clean and cozy as the Horseshoe cottage. We will come back soon.

Delightful, warm and cozy!
This is a wonderful cottage! It has been the best place we have ever stayed. It was warm and cozy and more than adequately equipped with everything we needed. Patricia is delightful and very helpful. It is quiet and peaceful. The internet worked great!

Brilliant
This is the 3rd time in the last 7 years we have stayed at Warren Farm and always in Dairy Cottage, its ours lol! Patricia and Roger can't do enough for you and there is always a welcome bottle of wine and flowers in the cottage.
Facilities are spot on and everything is there what you need although we have never used the dish washer.
Plenty of places to go locally or further afield and we always visit the antiques barn about quarter of a mile outside Wellington Bridge, its like a step back in time, crammed with everything.
A totally relaxing holiday where you just slow down and please yourself.
The weather was unbelievable it reached 37 degrees hotter than Europe!

Absolutely Wonderful!
We've just returned home from an extended weekend in Ireland where we stayed at Warren Farm in the Daisy Cottage. I can't express how absolutely wonderful the cottage and hosts were! They made sure we had everything that we needed and gave great information about the surrounding area. They even had a baby cot setup for us when we arrived even though we hadn't asked about it when we made the reservation. The cottage was clean and very well maintained. We highly recommend staying at Warren Farm, you won't regret it!

Lovely cottage and gardens
This was just the right amount of space - two bedrooms, a nice size bathroom and full kitchen. It was the first of July and we were cold in the cottage, so Patricia was kind enough to turn the heat back on for us and from that point forward we were comfy! We also used the peat heated stove which provided downstairs warmth and a wonderful atmosphere. This was a great point from which to explore the south east of Ireland. Patricia, the owner, is gracious and was very helpful throughout the stay without being intrusive!
