Luxurious modern 3 bedroom apartment with private balcony and views of old Distillery and ancient Market Square. Property is situated in a secure apartment block with concierge service 24/7. DUBLIN CITY CENTRE within walking distance. Supermarket, Coffee shop, restaurant, pizzeria, pub, medical centre, cinema and LUAS are 1 min away from the apartment.

Our duplex apartment comprises of an en-suite double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There are also 2 additional bathrooms, large sitting room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
