Historically the Moray region has a dry and soft climate, for which it has earned the name of 'Scottish Riviera'. Seasonally changing flora and fauna offering beautiful panoramas make Kellas Estate a true paradise. Moreover this area has the least rain of all of ScotlandMore

A very relaxing stay. The house was perfect for our family. A lovely little garden for the children to play and a great kitchen to make a few family meals. Beautiful scenery and great proximity to Pluscarden Abbey for peace and serenity. Highly recommended.
