Each of the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms have been refurbished and decorated in a colour scheme of sea-spray and sand. The upstairs sitting room has a sea view and a large screen TV with the full Sky Sports package. A dishwasher, an oven and a microwave can be found in the kitchen. Guests enjoy complimentary membership of the Golfview Hotel Leisure Club and Spa. Located directly opposite Seaview Lodge, Leisure Club membership offers access to the swimming pool, hot tub, gym and tennis courts for up to six adults plus their children. An ideal location for golfers offering the opportunity to play several excellent courses, all within easy reach. Only an enviable 2 minutes’ walk from Nairn Golf Course but also a short drive from many other courses: Nairn Dunbar (5 minutes ), Castle Stuart (15 minutes) and Royal Dornoch (60 minutes), to name a few. So many leisure pursuits are within a short walking distance: one minute to the beach; 10 minutes along the Victorian promenade to the, play-park with paddling pool, outdoor gym, tennis courts and Sports Club; and 15 minutes to the picturesque harbour with its 3 restaurants over-looking the pier.
Getting around
Culloden Battlefield – The course of history was changed here on 16 April 1746, when the Jacobite army fought to reclaim the throne of Britain from the Hanoverians for a Stuart king. Clava Cairns – Three Bronze Age burial cairns, one of Scotland’s most evocative sacred prehistoric sites. Fort George – Created by George II in the 18th Century as the ultimate defence against Jacobite unrest. Still in use, Fort George is the mightiest artillery fortification in Britain. Cawdor Castle – Dates from the late 14th Century, built as a private fortress by the Thanes of Cawdor. A superb fairy‐tale Castle with a sumptuous interior; also has extensive grounds and gardens. All of the listed attractions are best reached by car.
