Double sofa - if required and balcony area to the rear with views of Calton Hill. Fully fitted kitchen, with breakfast bar, gas hob and single oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Main bedroom with Kingsize bed. Second bedroom with twin beds. Modern bathroom with mains shower. On street metered parking bays with option of free parking a 5 minute walk away.
