Situated in the South West of the city, our flat is a traditional Edinburgh apartment, on the third floor (no lift/elevator) of a Victorian tenement building with superb views towards one of Edinburgh's seven hills. Entry is via a secure entry phone system. It has been recently modernised, with double glazing fitted throughout and equipped with gas central heating offering a cosy retreat to relax in after exploring this beautiful city. Getting to the flat using public transport is very easy - making use of the local bus company (LRT) routes to transfer you either from the airport, train or coach station.
I can send you details on the preferred bus to use along with details of the bus stop to get off at.

Most guests arriving via Edinburgh airport use the No 35 bus which departs from the airport terminal and drops you 2 mins walk from the flat.

Transfer from the train or bus station is best via the No 1 or 34 bus - again with a 2 min walk to the flat.

Note - the bus will only take the exact fare - planned to be £1.50 from April - flat fare for any distance.
