This beautifully presented city centre apartment sits opposite the Queens Residence at the Palace of Holyroodhouse at the foot of the Royal Mile, and only a few metres from Scotlands controversial Parliament Building. It is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a block housing 4 flats, surrounded by shared gardens. <BR><BR>The setting could not be more central but it is set back from the road so suffers no excessive noise – even when Her Majesty fires the cannons. Almost impossibly, for its location, you have your own parking. A short walk places you at the heart of 1200 years of Scottish History (most of it gory). A few more minutes will take you to all the commercial, cultural and social centres. This is a spacious and comfortable property which offers great value for money. The lounge has 2 comfy sofas and a large TV. There are views across to the crags.
