The location lives up to it's name of Castle View. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with local shops nearby for those wishing to cater for themselves. The botanic gardens are within a 5 minute walk. An excellent bus service goes to the heart of the city - frequent buses and very cheap. Princes Street is within walking distance....

This is a lovely,bright quiet flat with a breathtaking view of the Edinburgh skyline. The playingfields in front of the building means you have an uninterrupted view of the city. Edinburgh is a city on a human scale where most activities are within easy walking distance or easily reached using the excellent public transport system. There is a bus stop 50 yards from Apartment where a bus runs to city centre every 10 minutes There are too many places to visit and things to do to list but an excellent tourist information office has brochures and advice in abundance.

To fit in all you want to see and do some prior research might be advisable.

Goldenacre has 3 grocery stores, 3 cafes, an antique shop, an excellent fish shop, a pharmacy and 3 Banks. Nearby in Canonmills there are further cafes , restaurants and pubs and a Tesco Superstore. The beautiful, peaceful Royal Botanic Gardens are a 5 minute walk from the Apartment.
