Situated on a working farm, The Stable has been converted out of the old part of the farm yard and is the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids or couples. Nestled in the Girthon Valley and surrounded by some of the best scenery in Galloway, Valley View is a fantastic base for those who like to go out exploring.

Located near Laggan outdoor and on National Cycle Route, fantastic woodland walks from the doorstep and just 1.5 miles from the beach.

The Stable, as the name suggests was originally the stables housing the working Clydesdale's on the farm. Very nice, compact unit, but suited our needs, really good that we could take the dog as well, plenty of places to go and lots of dog friendly beaches, cafes and pubs as well. Beautiful, quiet area

First time at the stable. Iain was very friendly and the location was very peaceful considering it was a working farm. Lots of nice towns to visit in the surrounding area. The accommodation was perfect for two people and a small dog, very nice bed...More

Set in a beautiful rural location on the owner’s working farm, this farm conversion style property is only 2 miles from the charming town of Gatehouse of Fleet offering a wide range of places to eat and relax in. There are numerous attractions in and around the town including the Mill on the Fleet Visitor Centre, Cardoness Castle and the popular Laggan Outdoor Activity Centre, which is host to one of Europe’s longest zip wires. GG's Yard wedding venue is 2 miles away and only a short drive away, Kirkcudbright is known as ’the artists’ town’ and attracts visitors throughout the year who are drawn by the harbour, historic high street and the diverse range of annual events and visitor attractions.
