If visitors exhaust the many local attractions on offer, Edinburgh is just 30 miles to the North and easily accessible by car or by bus using the regular service from Peebles.The living area has a huge settee, and a dining table with views from the window over Eddleston Water (known locally as 'The Cuddy') towards the High Street. In the bedroom a double bed promises a good nights sleep and a small child's bed provides additional accommodation. The apartment has its own private entrance and has a small courtyard with a bike store. Parking is on street. Available all year: changeover day is normally a friday or Saturday, but the owners can be flexible. Departing guests are asked to be out before 10am and new guests to arrive after 4pm. Short breaks are available off peak. Short breaks are available with a minimum stay of 3 nights; weekend breaks from Friday to Monday. Gas and electricity is charged at cost but first £10 is free.More

We have just enjoyed a lovely, restful 3 day stay here. We found the flat clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was a great location, not far from the high street, and yet nicely situated to make it a quiet and peaceful setting.
