The apartment is not part of a block and has no communal areas or shared entrances. We are cleaning all surfaces and door handles with antiviral cleaners. All bedding and towels are being washed and dried at a high temperature. We are also providing disposable washcloths / hand towels. We are leaving a space between bookings to protect both us during cleaning and future guests. The apartment:- Northern Ireland Tourist Board Approved and fully insured for holiday letting. Two bedrooms, one has one double and one single bed,, the other has a single bed. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge should you require a third sleeping area. A high chair and baby travel cot are available on request. There is a small safe box for passports, credit cards etc A travel cot and high chair are available on request. There is a flight of steps up to the apartment. Location – the apartment is in the heart of the city with many shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. It's only a few minutes' walk to the bus station, train station, theatres, museums, the university and botanical gardens. It's less than 10 minutes' walk to the main shopping area and major tourist attractions. So when you arrive, you can park in the parking place provided and relax as you won't need to take the car out again. The apartment also benefits from not being part of an apartment block. So it's very private. When you open the front door you are directly on the street and have access to your car. No need to carry luggage in elevators or through corridors. The flat has high speed fibre broadband and USB charging ports. Check-in –We offer self-service check in, which means you don't need to meet us. Essentials – We provide you with many of the basics including toothbrushes, , shower caps, shampoo, etc. You also don't need to worry about packing bulky items such as a hairdryer, towels, or an iron – these are all provided. Arrival – So you can relax straight away, you will be welcomed with tea, coffee, milk, Netflix and DVDs. There are also essential items in the fridge and kitchen to get you started. There's a washing machine and dryer should you need to catch up with your laundry. HOSTFULLY HOSTS! We take being good hosts seriously, and we are proud 'Hostfully Hosts.' This means when you stay with us, you get a Hostfully guidebook link emailed to you. The guidebook contains all the essential information about our home, as well as nearby recommendations. This is a really good location with parking, which we really appreciated. Great value with plenty of room for the four of us.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of things but amazingly not noisy all night. A warm welcome in the form of a goody basket with a bottle of bubbly - such a nice touch for weary travellers. We were a little too old...More

Thanks for the great review and for being wonderful guests. There is a sofa bed in the living room. We are sorry this was not clear. There was no need to use the trundle bed.

The flat is cosy, comfortable and clean. Was welcomed with a great welcome pack including wine. The apartment is close to everything. Parking space was great. Really charming hosts. I would book again.
