The property has gas central heating and there is an extra top floor for larger groups. There is 2 separate toilets and a shower on the first floor and a toilet and shower combined on the second floor. Access to the property is self-service and I live/work in the vicinity if any help is required.

About the neighbourhood
The property is near Queens University on the city centre side and only 10/15 walk to Belfast's main shopping area - shopping at Victoria Square and Castlecourt is very good with Royal Avenue (opposite the front of City Hall) being the main thoroughfare. Going up Claremont Street and turning left (or going down and right) you will be walking towards the City Centre - you can do it in 10 minutes - either via Great Victoria Street or Dublin Road which run parallel to each other - Dublin Road (on right) is livelier and Great Victoria Street (on left) has the Europa Hotel (most bombed hotel in Europe at one time with a piano bar that's worth at visit at night), the famous Crown Bar, and the Grand Opera House Theatre are also nearby.
How to get there
The property is up from Shaftesbury Square on the right hand side as you walk towards Queens University. Check in is after 2 pm and check out is 11am - check with landlord for flexibility on this particularly if there are no other booking immediately before or after your stay.
