Number Four St Georges is set in the beautiful village of Dunster within Exmoor National Park. Within a 5 minute walk to the local restaurants cafes and shops. With views of St Georges Church and Dunster Castle from the lounge and the smaller bedroom. Situated in a quiet close this single storey holiday bungalow is approached at the end of the close with a small enclosed garden at the front. There is also a small porch to sit at the front. The lounge is comfortable and has stunning views over towards Dunster Castle. Features a log burner with one basket of logs provided. Additional logs can be purchased locally or in nearby Minehead. The property could comfortably provide accommodation for 3 people or 4, however the second bedroom does have a smaller double. Perfect retreat for couples. In the bathroom there is a shower unit, wash basin and WC. The kitchen has all amenities and a small table to seat 3 or 4 people. There is no parking directly outside, however street parking is available very close to the property. There is also a small raised rear garden which is working progress but does have a rotary dryer and looks over a paddock where there is often sheep grazing. One dog welcome and children over 12 years. For larger groups wishing to stay in Dunster we have another cottage near to the church which would allow 8 people to stay between the two cottages. Absolutely beautiful, well equipped bungalow in the heart of Dunster. Really feels like a home from home, loved the log burner - perfect for a relaxing evening after exploring Exmoor. Can't wait to return for a longer stay next time!

We spent a brilliant weekend in Dunster at No. 4. The property is really well located being just a few minutes walk from the High Street. As we were staying in February we thought the village may be a bit too quiet but the pubs...More

Another great stay at Number 4. It's such a lovely place, and the spot it's in is perfect. And Dunster really is the perfect West Country village - so much to see there, with the castle, working watermill, steam railway, etc.

About the neighbourhood
Dunster is a bustling village comprised of several restaurants, pubs and tea rooms, plus a varied range of independent shops. Many of the shops in Dunster are open during traditional hours of 9 am to 5 pm, although hours are often extended during the summer season. Conversely, some shops may also reduce their opening days and/or hours out-of-season. There is a tourist information centre in Dunster, just beside Dunster Steep near the public car park at the far end of the village from Priory Cottage. There is another tourist information centre in Minehead. Minehead is the nearest town, approximately 1.5 miles from Dunster. Here you will find the larger supermarkets and petrol stations (Tesco, Lidl and Morrison's are situated on the outskirts
