A large duplex apartment (two floors), providing an apartment feel of living, but with lots of space. While a 15 minute walk to the Sheffield city centre, it enjoys the benefits of the city centre, while enjoying large open green space (Norfolk Heritage Park) and ample free car parking.

The property is conveniently located to the city's Supertram network which give easy access to many of Sheffield's amenities and attractions.

We stayed for one night whilst attending an event at Ponds Forge ( 5 minute drive away). Good, helpful communication from Steve prior to our stay. Was flexible on arrival and departure time to suit us. He met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment is spacious, well equipped for cooking and the bedrooms are comfortable with the added bonus on an en suite to one of the double bedrooms as well as the main bath and downstairs loo. Lovely park nearby for a walk. Very close to tram etc. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you Steve ( and his cleaning brigade!)

What a find.... Absolutely fantastic we couldn't have asked for anything better.Large spacious
apartment very clean and well equipped...We stayed here for. 3 weeks and were sorry to leave
Cant wait to return...One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in

About the neighbourhood
Set within an apartment block, but with with its own front door access at ground level, the property is set within a close distance to Sheffield City Centre. It is opposite a large green and safe space, Norfolk Heritage Park which enables guests to access its facilities, or simply go for a pleasant walk to take in the wildlife and the views of the city centre.

The area is quiet with ample car parking spaces.
Getting around
Sheffield city centre is accessible within 5 - 10 mins. This is either via the Supertram network (tram stop is 5 mins walk away) or via taxi. Uber charges £4 to the centre.

The centre is also walkable through Norfolk Heritage Park which is opposite the property.

From Sheffield Train Station, via taxi, it would be around 5 mins. It is also walkable taking around 20 mins,
