Parking shall only be provided if stated in the property description above. Where parking is available it is down to the Hirer to follow the terms of said parking. At no point during the stay shall Righton Group Ltd be held responsible for any fines/violations incurred in relation to parking. This attractive Victorian period property is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area with tiled floor which leads into narrow, galley style, well equipped kitchen. Beyond this there is a further small dining area in the conservatory at the rear of the property which leads to the garden. This natural style garden has some uneven surfaces and a decked area, which may become slippery when wet, although it is a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine with some outdoor furniture. On the first floor there is a double bedroom at the front of the house with built in wardrobe and large chest of drawers. There is a further single bedroom with a small double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Down a step onto a slightly lower landing is a bath with shower over and separate WC. Open to the ground floor living area there is a lower ground floor basement with a low ceiling which is suitable for storage of cases etc. There is a study area which guests are welcome to use, however, this room has little natural day light. Please note that we do not feel that this house is suitable for children under 8 years old or any adult who has difficulty with stairs due to the unusual step down from the bedroom landing to the landing which has the wash room facilities, it also has some uneven surfaces in the garden and quite a step up to the front paved area.More
