The property comprises an open-plan kitchen-diner, a spacious living room, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, two en-suite shower rooms and a downstairs cloakroom with shower and WC. Using a palette primarily of cream and blonde wood, the property is both comfortable and light. There is dining seating for eight and living seating for six/eight. Double doors lead from the living room to the kitchen-diner and French doors lead from there to the patio garden. The patio has outdoor seating for three, and is ideal for summer entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms on the first floor – one has fitted wardrobes; both have an en-suite shower room. There is an additional bathroom on this floor with a bath and over-bath shower. The property is between South Park and the restaurants, bars, cafés and vibrant nightlife of the Cowley Road and St Clement’s area in East Oxford. The city centre, from which you can access Oxford’s main attractions, amenities, shopping and nightlife, is a short bus ride away.More
