3 bedroom house in the beautiful and vibrant market town of Settle. Situated in a quiet central location within one minute walk of the town, at the end of a cul-de-sac with only one row of houses. This is a unique and very private property, which overlooks fields at the rear from its enclosed garden. The property is a very high standard and extremely spacious, making it an excellent get away for many types of occasions. Right from the doorstep you can enjoy the vibrant market town of Settle, full of shops, restaurants and country inns, or you can access the Yorkshire Dales National Park within just a few minutes on foot; the National Park is packed with footpaths, bridleways and quiet country lanes - perfect for walking or cycling of all levels. The famous Settle - Carlisle railway is less than 5 minutes from the doorstep. You can even take on the challenge of the Yorkshire Dales 3 Peaks, starting at Penyghent which is less than a 10 minute drive away. You simply cannot beat this location. Please note, there is an uncovered pond in the garden; hence why the property may not be suitable for under 5s. The second bedroom can be set up as two singles or one large double (with two singles joined). There is an extra fold-out double bed which can be used for short stays and will be set up in the lounge, still leaving plenty of reception space downstairs . This takes the capacity of the property from 5 people to 7 and incurs extra cost & prior arrangement. We do not provide bedding without prior arrangement. This is a family home, not a dedicated holiday house. Whilst the house will be perfectly clean, tidy & is a high quality, there will be some of our belongings (pictures, toys, ornaments, frozen food, etc) left behind. Most Wardrobe space/drawers will be empty & available. More
