Welcome to our family home in a lovely part of London - Primrose Hill. The house is spread across 2 storeys and comes with a hot tub, roof terrace and live-in nanny. Our home has everything you and your family needs for their London stay including loads of board games! The closest tube station is Chalk Farm and you can get into Central London within 10 mins. The local area is famous for its cute shops, restaurants and celebrity spotting! The Space We are so excited to open our home to Airbnb travellers and explorers from across the world. The house has many luxurious features that you will be hard pressed to find in other Airbnb homes. We have an outdoor hot tub and a lovely roof terrace both of your which you are welcome to use! The services of our nanny come as part of the package: she'll be happy to help with cooking and babysitting, making your stay a breeze. Coming to more practical items, our home is what we call 'upside down'. The bedrooms are all located on one level on the ground floor. The living area and kitchen are on the first floor and the roof terrace is one level up. There are two double bedrooms and 1 children's bedroom in the house. In each of the bedrooms, you will find real beds made up with the finest hotel quality linens. The master and second bedroom both have an ensuite bathroom and there is another family bathroom which is within close vicinity to the children's bedroom. A lovely patio area is laid out outside the bedrooms bring in lots of light in the daytime. Of course, we have blackout blinds if you wish to sleep in. Going up the stairs, you will enter the spacious and colour living area. The kitchen is fully stocked and you are more than welcome to use our condiments on an honour basis. There are plenty of pots, pans and gadgets of all sorts which you can use in case you want to eat in! Our living room is perfect for lounging together as a family and if you look in one of the cupboards, you will find a plethora of board games for adults and children. You will find another patio area just outside the living room, but go up to the roof for the real magic - there is a large roof terrace garden with outdoor furniture , including a Jacuzzi, and barbecue. This area is perfect for spending summer evenings with friends having a drink. Access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Our standard check-in time is at 3pm and our standard check-out time is at 11am. Interaction This home is being managed by an award-winning property management service team who will do everything they can to ensure you have a fantastic stay! If you have any questions, please get in touch through this website. Notes Ranji, our live-in nanny, will be staying at the property Monday to Friday and has her own private room and bathroom. She cooks excellent Indian food and will be able to help with other basic dishes if requested by guests. There are stairs inside the home so it is not meant for people with mobility issues. Our kids are grown up now so we don't need baby gates and hence these will not be available. Neighbourhood Once home to Friedrich Engles, the author of The Communist Manifesto, Primrose Hill has more recently been the home of some of Britain’s top film and fashion stars such as Kate Moss, Daniel Craig and Sienna Miller, as well as one of Britain’s most beloved writers, Alan Bennett. This beautiful, peaceful and picturesque part of London sits to the north of Regent’s Park and to the east of Camden, and is regarded as one of the most desirable areas to live in the capital. The heart of the neighbourhood is the large open space on the incredible Primrose Hill itself, a large park on a prominent hill from where you can enjoy amazing panoramic views of the London skyline or join in with the locals who often practice yoga on the hill at sunrise. You’ll be staying just a stone’s throw from the famous London Zoo, which sits on the northern edge of Regent’s Park and is home to a dizzying number of animals and birds. Beyond the Zoo is the expansive and beautiful Regent’s Park, which boasts everything from recreational sports pitches to a bird sanctuary and cherry blossom trees to an open air theatre. Primrose Hill has plenty of good options when it comes to finding somewhere to eat. The Greenberry is the place to go for brunch, with the waffles with poached eggs, bacon and avocado one of their specialities. Meanwhile, Lemonia is a good spot for lunch and L'antica is an excellent local restaurant for a dinner reservation. The neighbourhood is also known for it’s high-quality and friendly gastropubs.
