Welcome to Sleeps7Liverpool! Our apartment is perfect for family days out & exploring Liverpool and North West. The apartment is the whole of the ground floor in fact and has exclusive use of garden. We also have a beautiful large hot tub available to hire please enquire. The first floor is rented out with as a separate apartment ( Sleeps6Liverpool ) but garden/hot tub are not shared with them. It is situated in the suburb of Knotty Ash not far outside Liverpool City Centre. Sleeps7 is 4.6 miles from Anfield and 5 miles from Goodison. 13 mins by car to Knowsley Safari Park. The property has two bathrooms (one ensuite) with walk in showers and toilets. Kitchen diner is well equipped for a self catering stay. The dining table seats 8 very comfortably - can stretch to 12 - and converts to a snooker/pool table. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to a decked outdoor seating area with large BBQ and overlooks a large mature wooded garden. Sleeping accommodation is arranged around two good sized bedrooms. Master bedroom is the largest room in the house and very spacious. It comfortably sleeps 6 in two double beds each with a single bunk above. Second bedroom sleeps 1 in a single bed and has an ensuite shower and toilet. The ensuite also houses a washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms have wardrobes complete with clothes hangers. The property is well secured with it's own full alarm system. Smoking is not permitted inside the house however there is a spacious decking area you may use. Excellent

We stayed for a hen party. The accommodation is fantastic, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent large kitchen and lounge areas. Ann was really helpful and accommodating.

Te best place you could stay for a weekend in Liverpool.!

A home from home.

Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was perfect. Spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. The owners were really welcoming, helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more - would definitely recommend as would everyone who stayed with me.
