Parties or events not allowed unless approved by the owner. Dogs not allowed on the settees or on the bed Do not allow your dog to use the garden as a toilet. Even doggy wee can ruin the lawn. Try not to leave your pet alone in the apartment for any length of time. Bring your pets own bedding and food dishes. Please make sure your dog sleeps in the kitchen or in the hallway, not in the lounge or bedroom. If you have been for walkies, please towel your dog down before entering the house.

Short break

Lovely break in a great location. 200 metres from the beach and a 15 minute drive to city centre. Lynne was very welcoming (thanks for the milk)and I would recommend the beach house to anyone.

Superb accommodation in excellent location

Lovely property in a fabulous setting

Great find with owner having thought everything through well. God place for anytime of year. Quiet with golf course and sea as backdrop. Long walks and beach on hand with city centre 15 mins away. Superb a real home from home

Wonderful base for walks up and down the coast from Waterloo to Hightown.

Excellent as always
