We simply ask that you respect our residents especially of an evening and no partying or load music to be played outside the property after 9pm. Unauthorised guests including adult entertainer and others are not permitted at the property. Breach of this condition will result in the loss of your damage deposit.

Brilliant

Absolutely perfect. Dawn was brilliant from start to finish and made sure everything was in place prior to my arrival. This included tickets to the races taxi bookings the works nothing was to much hassle. Will definitely visit again when i am in the area.

We are only a 10 min walk (0.6 miles) from Concert Square which is the heart of Liverpool nightlife. The famous Liverpool waterfront with the Albert Dock, Beatles Museum and The Three Graces is also within easy walking distance Once you step outside the house you find cobbled streets and stunning architecture all around. Popular as a location for TV and Movie makers, The Georgian Quarter also hosts Liverpool’s two Catherdrals. They are linked by the aptly named Hope Street which is full of bars and restaurants. If shopping is your passion, Liverpool One has John Lewis, Debenhams, Harvey Nichols, Ted Baker and Boss etc
