Georgian town house based in the knowledge quarter. We are Liverpool family who are passionate about their city. We want you to have the best time in our wonderful city. The 8 bedroom property also has a large communal space. This is an excellent location 3 min walk from Lime street station. Walking distance to universities, theatres, museums, art galleries, Cathedrals, city centre, restaurants and nightlife. Less than 2.4m to Liverpool and Everton FC. Parking available at an additional charge. More information The space We have a selection of kingsize, double and single beds. All quilts are doubles (minimum). All bed linen is Egyptian cotton for extra comfort. - NO SMOKING in any part of the house including standing at the front and back door - £100 charge will be applied to each room, hallway, stairs and entrances, if the NO SMOKING rule is broken - Check in time 3pm onwards - Check out 11am - Security deposit £250 - The house is in a residential area and we have to respect are neighbours at all times. - The house must be respected throughout your stay by keeping clean and tidy and must be left clean on checkout as not to lose your deposit.

Great Place!

Super place to stay for a group, we were 15. Ample space and lovely clean bedrooms. Close to train station. Photos and description of this property are accurate and hosts were so helpful. Highly recommend.

Miss

Really enjoyed our stay here. House was very clean and met everyone's needs. Good basement which meant everyone could spend quality time together. Bathrooms were also spotless and clean with a super shower. Would highly recommend
