The house offers a separate living room, shower rooms, large fully fitted kitchen / diner. The City Centre is only 3 miles away (10 mins by car, 15 by bus). Visit; Liverpool + Everton FC (Walking distance), Echo Arena, Beatles Museum, Aintree Racecourse, Several museums, art galleries and theatres as well as the beach. The house is currently let until May 2017. It will be refurbished and dressed for Holiday / Weekend Lets June 2017. Weekend away

What a fab find this was....brill place to stay so close to city centre couldn't have been in a better place at such an amazing price....highly recommend

Our stay

We had a great weekend in this house. The space is fantastic, clean and plenty of room. The only thing lacking is an extra toilet! Really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend

Lovely place to stay!!

A group of 7 stayed here fir a hen party and we couldnt fault anything, apart from needing another toilet in the house. House was clean and smelt lovely, enough room for everyone and a lovely seating area upstairs to get hair and makeup done!...More

Fabulous Host, Fabulous House !

Great house for large groups

We stayed here the weekend of the grand national, it was a great sized house for big groups. It was very clean and very well decorated. We really enjoyed our stay here!

There is a Tesco Express at the top of the road (3 min walk). There is an Asda within 10 minute walk and a Tesco Superstore within a 15 minute walk. There are a range of local pubs and restaurants within walking distance, all selling great wine, beers and food. There are a couple of restaurants within a 5 min walking distance as well as a carvery pub. We also have the contacts for a wider range of local take-away restaurants that deliver to the house.
