This is a duplex apartment and there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a top floor balcony with views of the cathedral.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 (Master) - En suite, doubled bed & double sofa bed (bedding is left in the basket chest!)

Living Room - Double sofa bed
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, this does take a little while to heat the apartment so please be patient. There are electric heaters available also.
Please note the TV's in the bedrooms are equipped with DVD players and you are invited to watch any of the films provided - the bedroom TV's do not have channels.More
• We do not allow stag and hen nights or any parties in our property as it is in a residential building.
• Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob.
• Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged. This also applies for checking out later than 11am
• No large groups under the age of 25.
• Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking in the property.
The apartment is right in the heart of the popular Ropewalks area with Liverpool 1. All of the restaurants and shops are a 2 minute walk away. Also within walking distance of the Echo Arena/BT Convention Centre and the Albert Dock consisting of beautiful restaurants and wonderful nightlife, sights and people!
How to get there
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment.
Please note, when dropping the keys back off to us at the end of your stay it is a 6 minute walk from this apartment, please be sure to give yourself plenty of time if you have a train to catch.
