Situated within easy walking distance of Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Broad Green Hospital and Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Beautiful original Edwardian period features. Downstairs Lounge has a 42' LCD TV, PS, free wifi, bluetooth speaker. Off the entrance hall is a walk in shower and toilet. Kitchen diner is fully equipped for a self catering stay. The dining table downstairs seats 10 comfortably. It converts easily to a snooker/pool table. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to a decked outdoor seating area with large BBQ and hot tub. It overlooks a large garden and wooded area. Sleeping accommodation downstairs is arranged around two good sized bedrooms. Master bedroom is the largest room in the house and very spacious. It comfortably sleeps 6 in two double beds each with a single bunk above. Second bedroom sleeps 1 in a single bed and has an ensuite shower and toilet. The ensuite also houses a washing machine and dryer. The upstairs Lounge is very large and has a 42' LCD TV, X Box, free wifi. There is a double sofa bed which sleeps one comfortably. There is a large shower room with toilet wash hand basin and washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also provided upstairs for your comfort. Smaller Kitchen diner upstairs where the table upstairs seats 7 comfortably. This holds a second double sofa bed sleeping 1 to 2 people Sleeping accommodation upstairs is arranged around two good sized bedrooms. Bedroom one comfortably accommodates 3 people in a double bed and single bunk. Second bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 bunk beds and has an ensuite shower and toilet. All bedrooms have wardrobes complete with clothes hangers. The property is well secured with a full alarm system. Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the house however there is a spacious decking area you may use should you wish to smoke outside. Awesome kid friendly - centrally located home

A CHARMING HOUSE

About the neighbourhood
Our house is situated in a pleasant residential area of Liverpool called Knotty Ash. Nearby you can find a fabulous pub serving hot food and breakfasts, a small convenience shop, a Chinese takeaway, a newsagents, hairdressers and barbers as well as a florists. Aldi supermarket is about a ten minute walk or two minute drive. Sainsburys supermarket and petrol station is about a 15 minute walk or four minute drive. Easily accessible from the house is the Liverpool Loop Line Linear Park which runs across the bottom of our garden. ideal for walking or cycling in safety, the Liverpool Loop Line is a converted railway path that runs along wooded embankments and between sandstone cuttings around the eastern edge of Liverpool.
Getting around
Broad Green Train Station is a three minute walk away from the property. Here regular trains will whisk you straight to the heart of the City centre in around fifteen minutes. Alternatively there are lots of local taxis which will cost around ten pounds to take you into Liverpool.
