Cedar Lane holiday home is an excellent base for exploring the Lake District and it's ideal, quiet location on Cockermouth means it's a ten minute walk to the centre of town. You will find lots of independent speciality shops, quaint restaurants, bars and coffee houses.

Cedar Lane is pet friendly, relax and know your pet is welcome while also having the same quality, comfortable accommodation with great walks from your doorstep.

Great location, short walk to the Main Street, shops, restaurants etc. Plenty of places to walk and enjoy the town and surrounding scenery. The house was spotlessly clean, lovely decor. The best holiday rental we've stayed in, home from home. Would highly recommend the house...More

An impeccably clean and spacious property in the lake District. Was able to accommodate our dogs and will be booking another stay here again.

From M6 Penrith, take the A66 towards Keswick & continue along A66 to Cockermouth, at the roundabout (premier inn) take the 4th exit onto Lamplugh road, follow the road into Cockermouth, at the 1st traffic lights turn left. At the roundabout take 2nd exit and continue on Main Street, continue up Castlegate and take a left onto Isel Road (Cockermouth Hospital) then a right onto Oaktree Cresent and the first left onto Cedar Lane
