A self contained, newly refurbished (in Aug 2018) property offering a very high standard of accommodation, sleeping four. Located in Seaford, East Sussex, the property is adjacent to the owner's home, so they are always on site should you need them. The property benefits from having plenty of FREE on-road parking just around the corner & free wifi. The property comprises a modern living area, flat screen television with freeview & a blue-ray player, leather sofabed, breakfast bar with two stools, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The separate bedroom features a comfortable small double bed, wardrobe storage and the door to the main bathroom. We live in the property attached to the holiday home so are always on hand should you need us for anything at all during your stay. The holiday home has its own entrance and private secluded front garden - your privacy will always be respected, though we are always available if you fancy a chat!

The accommodation is a self contained apartment, joining the main house. I suspect it's original purpose was a "granny flat" although I don't know whether this was in fact the case. The property has direct access from the front garden, and contains a small living/dining...More

ideal location to explore the area. Accommodation very cozy but too small for two weeks. Terrace unusable roadside unusable because too much traffic. Friendly and helpful owners with welcome gift. Bed too narrow. Ideal apartment for a short stay.

Seaford is a wonderful small coastal town, situated within the Seven Sisters Country Park, between Eastbourne and Brighton. An area of outstanding natural beauty, it is sure to be a firm favourite with walkers, cyclists and nature enthusiasts in particular. Conveniently located, Seaford Holiday Home is within a short distance from the town centre, offering a good range of pubs and independent shops.
Getting around
We are fortunate to be based only a short distance away from rural walks, the seven sisters cliffs and the river Cuckmere. Eastbourne, a more traditional seaside town can be found only 15 minutes drive away and Brighton, a bohemian, quirky, lively town is a 30 minute drive away.
