The house offers a wonderful getaway but with the advantage of being in the town centre close to all Brighton has to offer. INFORMATION FOR GUESTS; CHECK-IN - 3.00pm, CHECK-OUT-- 10.00am. Guests will be met at the house within half hourly time slots between 3pm and 6pm. Outside of these times guests may be directed to a different location to collect the house keys. Where possible guests will always be met at the house. We request that guests arrive at the arranged meeting time as we do not have anyone on site to wait for arrivals. IMPORTANT NOTICE We do not accept bookings from Stag/Hen/Graduate/Spring Break parties or similar. This property is situated in a residential area with many neighbours surrounding it and noise/music must be kept to low levels. With the greatest respect to all potential guests please note that this is NOT a 'party' house and if you are coming to Brighton for that purpose then it is NOT the property for you. The property has three double/twin bedrooms with two extra single beds and two bathrooms. There is a private patio, perfect for relaxing. The open plan kitchen and living room is fully kitted out with all that you need for your holiday, with large flat screen TV, white gloss and stainless steel units and leather sofas and a large extendable dining table.Perfect accommodation in the centre of town for wedding guests, and conference delegates.Whether you are here for a long stay or just a weekend, this beautiful house provides the perfect location for a holiday. Please email re.flexibility on bookings, when possible we will always try to accommodate shorter/longer stays. For stays of one month or more please email for reduced long term rates. Public Transport; Brighton mainline rail station is only ten minutes walk away and all local bus routes as well as the coach station are situated only five minutes away from the property. Parking Information. The nearest car park is the Black Lion multi-storey at the end of the lane on Black Lion St. There are two large multi stories off West St, which is a 5 min walk. There is also on-street meter parking which now take credit cards, but limited to 4 hours. 24 hour parking vouchers are available, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, at a cost of £10.00 each per car, per day, These allow you to park in 'PERMIT HOLDER ONLY' spaces within central Brighton. HOUSE RULES:- We would like you to enjoy your stay at Lane Cottage, please ensure all guests read the following notice. We do not accept bookings from Stag/Hen/Graduate/Spring Break parties or similar groups. Please leave the property as you found it with all dishes, cups cleaned/dishwasher emptied. Extra cleaning costs may be applied if more time is needed to clean and prepare the property. Please DO NOT use any type of party glitter products, confetti, party sprays or similar products. These products are extremely time consuming to clean up and a mandatory £100 charge will applied to the deposit if any of these types of product are used in the house or patio area. Complaints from neighbours about noise/disturbances which result in our representative being called out to the house will be charged at £150 against the deposit. Breakages to be paid for from the deposit. N.B. Unauthorised late checkouts will be charged at £50.00 per hour or part thereof past the stated check out time unless a later time has been arranged in advance. Thank you for your co-operation.More

Great house , great location,central to everything. Found free disabled parking just around the corner for any length of stay.Clean and quiet even though central .couldn't ask for anything more.

Seven of us stayed at this lovely cottage for two nights. Perfect central location near the Lanes. The breakfast 'welcome pack' plus other touches including fluffy towels and luxurious soaps contributed to a very enjoyable, relaxing stay at this little oasis in Brighton. Highly recommended!

Seven of us have just returned from Lane Cottage and I feel compelled to write a review. What a lovely house! It’s well equipped and immaculately clean. We loved having breakfast in the courtyard and looking out over the planted areas. On top of that...More
