A very stylish and contemporary house, situated in a stunning hillside location within the Saltdean district of Brighton. The house has been finished to a very high standard with a modern feel and provides great accommodation for families or groups of adults alike.The house has 2 double bedrooms with King size beds, plus a twin bedroom a fourth bedroom can be used as a further twin bedroom or as a separate TV room, in addition there are 2 bathrooms a modern newly fitted kitchen and lounge diner, both of which open out to a decked terrace with stunning sea and hill views, hence the name 'Panorama'. The house provides very flexible accommodation for up to 6-8 guests. For groups of up to 6 guests we provide 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and a twin, for bookings of 7- 8 guests we can either provide 'Z' beds in the double bedrooms or convert the TV room into a twin bedroom with 'Z' beds, the choice is yours.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom which has a sloping ceiling with restricted head room - so we recommend this bedroom for children - with the double bedroom right next to it its ideal for parent wishing to be close to their children. A luxury shower room with basin and wc is located just outside both bedrooms.On the ground floor there is a large double with king size bed and a family bathroom, plus a TV room which can be use...

Additional Rate and Availability Information
Prices are for up to 6 guests, for extra 1-2 guests the rate is £70 per guest per week. A deposit of 20% secures the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. The payment process is direct to the owners Mike & Yvonne Brown as we prefer to manage all our bookings directly with our guests - please feel free to call us on our contact number if you wish to discuss. Normal payment method is by bank transfer/BACS. We also accept payment by Paypal. A security deposit of around £150 is also charged and set against any significant damage, this is refunded within 5 working days of guests departure. Discounts are provided for longer term lets i.e. in excess of 2 weeks.
NB There are no additional fees for cleaning etc.

Brighton is often referred to as 'London-on-Sea', with its cosmopolitan attitude, yet village feel in places such as 'The Laines', with its colourful mix of small and diverse shops and Kemp Town with its antique markets and independent pubs. In contrast there is Brighton Marina with its sophisticated waterfront bars and restaurants , bowling alley and Multiplex cinema. Famous for its pier, promenade and Royal pavilion, Brighton so much to offer with 2 great theatres, a Sea World Aquarium and a new Viewing Wheel, and a whole mix of cultural festivals throughout the year. Finally its got a superb mix of shops, bars clubs and restaurants - not least for these and many more reasons is it the most popular seaside destination in southern England.
