It's in a brilliant central location to enjoy the best of the city...you won't necessarily need a car as everything is within easy walking distance. However there is the added bonus of off-road parking directly in front of the apartment. It is available for holiday, work or study let. The 1st/2nd floor maisonette is creatively designed to maximise the light, and is welcoming, airy and tastefully decorated. NOTE stairs may be a problem for small children or people with reduced mobility (please check first). off-road parking for one car only (note: please confirm before booking). convenient central location: about 10 mins walk to : St Davids & Central station: city centre shops, cathedral, museum, arts centre, bars, cafes and restaurants: several language schools (e.g The Globe English Centre is 2 minutes, Scola is 10 minutes) 15 minutes walk to : Exeter University main campus: Exeter coach and bus station: Exeter quay only 20 minute drive to/from Exeter airport: buses regularly run from St Davids station. description: kitchen/living room: gas hob, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, cooking equipment, smart tv, DVD player+DVDs, good wi-fi. bathroom: full size bath (with shower over), towels, shampoo, shower gel, handmade soap, hairdryer sleeps 4 comfortably (but can sleep 2 more on daybeds in living room) Bedroom 1: double bed (+ kids/toddler bed plus travel cot if required) Bedroom 2: small double + single high bunk towels provided plus lovely feather/down duvets, 100% cotton bed linen, (synthetic duvets available for allergy sufferers : please ask) plus extra furry throws. sorry, no pets allowed. strictly NO SMOKING in or around the outside of the property in the courtyard. note: there is no washing machine but there is a launderette 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Guests are always met in person on arrival, keys are never just left for you. The owner is always happy to help with local knowledge if possible. Kindly include details of your visit when you request to book, and include who is coming to stay to ensure the apartment is a good fit for you all. Plus it's always nice to know something about our guests before we meet, it's more personal and friendly.

This is a very clean, comfortable old building with lots of character and beautifully decorated. The beds and bedding are exceptional. Thank you for your review, Barak. Re the blinds - I always point this out, and draw attention to the sleep masks I provide for guests so this should not have been a problem.
