Ground floor offers open plan hall/lounge & dining area leading to a fully fitted kitchen. The lounge comprises of 1 L-Shaped sofas (1 sofa bed) + a single chair. Dining table and 4 chairs. Large wall mounted flat screen TV. First floor leads to a twin bedroom. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with shower, basin & toilet. Second floor leads to master bedroom with king size bed. As parking is limited in the town centre during May-September we provide a parking permit for this time which allows free parking all over south hams area in designated car parks. The car park in Dartmouth is only a 2 minute walk. Lake Street is quiet and sometimes you can find spaces by the doctors. There is an area where you pull up and unload at the front of the cottage very easily. Unfortunately no pets & no smoking in the property. More

Fab little place in a great location and the added bonus of parking in the town too. Was a great base for our trip to Dartmouth to attend our son’s passing out parade at the naval college.

This cottage typifies the Dartmouth lifestyle. Having grown up there, it made me comfortably nostalgic. It's in the center of the town and everything inside and out is at your fingertips.
