Woodland Retreat is a privately owned, self catering, charming two bedroom chalet set in over 100 acres of woodland. It is on the popular John Fowler site just 5-6 minutes drive from St. Ives itself. It is a clean, recently refurbished (2016) chalet which will comfortably accommodate up four people.
Buses run on a regular basis to and from the site to St Ives and Penzance during most of the holiday season.

Please note; there is no wifi in the chalet.


There is an entertainment complex on site consisting of a bar, entertainment stage and dance floor, the chefs corner bar meals and takeaway, heated indoor pool and sauna, pool tables, amusements, etc. There is a charge to use these facilities if you wish to do so.

Passes cost £12 per unit for up to 4 nights and £24 per unit for 5-7 nights.

the house was well situated, close to the shop & site restaurant / bar but still quiet and not overlooked. the house is warm and equipped with everything you could need for your stay, all spotlessly clean. we would definitely recommend
