This beautifully presented apartment is situated in a quiet area of Falmouth only a few minutes walk to the Port Pendennis Marina and the town centre and walking distance to the stunning Gyllyngvase Beach.

Second floor with passenger lift: This spacious apartment sleeps four has two bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king size bed, has a balcony overlooking the communal gardens and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds. The family 'shower' room has a large shower cubicle with a power shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, a washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster. There is a large open plan sitting and dining area with two sofas and two arm chairs. There is a flat screen TV, a DVD player. WIFI is available.

Well located for beaches and town, with its wonderful selection of eating places. Very close to railway station which opens up much of Cornwall with a train/bus rover (Ride Cornwall Ranger) Alternatively take to the river, including a lovely relaxing trip all the way up...More

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located on Bar Road is set within the impressive Imperial Court and can be accessed by lift and stairs. Its location could hardly be better for accessing the year round attractions of the area.

As you come out of the apartment turn left and you can easily walk into town on foot. Turn right and you have easy access to the beaches Castle Beach about 5 minutes away and the stunning Gyllyngvase Beach which is a little further with gently sloping white sand.
Getting around
With Falmouth Docks railway station only a couple of hundred yards away and the Falmouth shuttle bus stop just across the road, a car is unnecessary nonetheless; free off street parking is available for one vehicle.
