About the neighbourhood
Bristol is the capital of the South West, so there's a huge amount to see and do The Big Bristol House is situated in Clifton, just a few minutes walk from The Triangle and the harbourside, and is very central for Bristol's hotspots. With easy links out of the city and to the M32 and M5, which makes it a perfect base for travel and exploration around the Somerset, Devon and Gloucester counties. Attractions within walking distance include: Bristol Zoo Floating Harbour City Centre including the Cabot Circus mall with shopping, entertainment and dining including a new Harvey Nicholls, Bristol Aquarium At-Bristol Bristol Museum and Art Gallery Ashton Court Estate Leigh Woods River Avon and tow path HMS Great Britain
How to get there
You won't need your car as you'll be very central, but if you do bring it then here are the parking details: Parking John Carrs Terrace and the surroundings have recently become subject to a resident parking scheme (Monday to Saturday 9am -7pm). We can supply two 24 hour visitor permits to you on request, unfortunately we are only entitled to a small number each year and so cannot supply more than this. There are pay and display spaces available on Jacobs Wells Road that you can use if you arrive pre 7pm on Friday or are leaving post 9am on Monday.
