Property manager refused to respond to us, including concerning check in. VRBO told us to wait until check in time passed without us receiving keys or instructions before they would help find us another place to stay. Extremely stressful experience—and we wasted hours and hours trying to get a response from manager and from VRBO. NEVER AGAIN would we rent from this property manager (who manages a bunch of apartments in Squamish). And NEVER AGAIN will we rent through VRBO.
