This luxury, single level villa has been recently renovated and refurbished to the highest standard, with air conditioning throughout. The villa sleeps 4 people over two double bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), both with en-suite bathrooms. The property benefits from an extra bathroom with walk-in shower. The modern kitchen, complete with stylish central island, is fully equipped with everything you may need on your holiday, including dishwasher and American style fridge. Located only 35 minutes’ drive from Malaga Airport and 10 minutes from Marbella Centro. Please note, a car is recommended. Parking is street parking, directly outside the property. Guests should be aware that whilst the building is mainly on one level, steps provide access to the main entrance and there are a couple of steps from the dining area to living area. The location of the property is perfect, close to both the beach and local supermarket within a quiet neighborhood. The villa is well appointed, with modern furnishing and a great pool - perfect for friends and family. Would definitely love to visit again!

About the neighbourhood
With Marbella Centro just 10 minutes’ drive away, the Marbella East area can be considered Marbella’s ‘hidden gem’, complete with some of the municipality’s best-kept beaches, excellent transport links and a variety of leisure activities to suit all ages, from treetop assault course adventures to world-class golf courses. However, if you’re more of a ‘kick back and relax’ kind of person, the area’s excellent selection of bars, restaurants and the famous chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted along the coastline ensure there’s something for everyone. Within walking distance of the property are a choice of convenience stores, a super little sports bar and great restaurants.
Getting around
We would suggest that a hire car is not essential and is recommended for guests preferring not to walk or use public transport/taxis. Public transport is both regular and reliable, with Fuengirola and Marbella reachable by bus every 20 minutes. Fuengirola is home to the nearest RENFE train station, where one can reach destinations such a Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Malaga.
