This delightful, Grade II listed, former chapel, adjacent to the owners’ home, is steeped in history and is tucked away in a wonderful, rural location in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. As such, it enjoys beautiful views over spectacular countryside. The cottage provides romantic holiday accommodation and offers a wonderful home from which to walk direct from the door, with links along the Dales Way between Grassington and Kettlewell. For those who like climbing, Kilnsey Crag is at hand, and offers some of the most challenging climbs in the area. Shop 3 miles, pub serving food 300 yards. <strong>Ground Floor: </strong> <strong>Kitchen/dining room:</strong> With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, beams and stone floor. <strong>Bathroom:</strong> With shower over bath, and toilet. <strong>First Floor: </strong> <strong>Living room/bedroom:</strong> With TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and kingsize bed. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. Free WiFi. There is a natural water supply to this property from a spring. Up to one dog only, not permitted on furniture. There is a long key - this opens the outside doors - the shorter key for the inside. The one marked UTILITY will open the door on ground floor, immediately to the left of the house after you have driven into the parking area. There is a doorbell on the outside of the door. The door leads into the utlity room and there is boiler cupboard in that room. On the wall is a fuse board / main switch. The main switch/electric meter for the entire property is outside - to the rear of the property in a cupboard in the garage building. It is necesary to walk through the garden to find this cupboard. Also in this cupboard is a large red water pump (just for the main house) Only things left on in the main house - electric aga and some lights on timers. TV booster behind the TV.More
