Ideally located on Waikawa Road, just minutes to the Waikawa Marina and not too far from Picton where one can board a water taxi and view the magnificent Queen Charlotte Sound or visit the nearby wineries for wine tasting or a gourmet meal.
Rear section with full privacy and lovely outdoor area for drinkies and BBQ when the sun goes over the yardarm......
Kids love the drive for their scooters, it has a slight slope from the road toward the house.
