Three steps lead down from the lounge into the delightful dining room which is a lovely space ideal for sharing a family meal,featuring antique furniture and an open fire in an inglenook fireplace. A couple of steps lead up from the dining room into the kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven,microwave,fridge and freezer. Exploring further there’s a charming conservatory with French doors leading out into the garden. There is also a shower room on the ground floor,complete with shower and WC. Heading upstairs via the steep cottage style oak staircase which has a rope handle,you will find two cosy bedrooms: one double and a single. Stepping outside you will find a beautiful back garden with attractive borders,a large lawn and a covered pond. There’s also a gravelled terrace with outdoor furniture,making it a great spot for enjoying an al fresco meal. There’s also a swing (to be used at own risk).
