I can’t imagine a more exquisite place to stay while visiting St John’s. The view of the harbor, boat traffic, the sea, gorgeous lighthouse, and the East Coast Trail a few feet from your door. The assistant lighthouse keeper’s home is spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. Do bring ear plugs in case of fog-the fog horn is required when it is dense.

Stunning views, beautiful clean home with perfect amenities. The sound of waves on sunny days and the fog horn in the mist were atmospheric and oddly relaxing. Owners went above and beyond to accomodate us and make our bucket-list trip memorable.

Being right on the point of the narrows was amazin...
Being right on the point of the narrows was amazing. The view was breathtaking. The assistant light keepers house was perfect. Big windows facing the lighthouse and the water. A beautiful sight all day long. The home was cozy, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We can’t believe we had the opportunity to stay in this one-of-a-kind home! It was comfortable and relaxing inside and spectacular and exciting outside.
Watching huge ships and small boats motor in and out of the harbour, being steps from the lighthouse and foghorn, looking up at Signal Hill just across the harbour…unforgettable!
