Ocean, Cliff Side and City Views from Many of the Rooms. Beautiful Place to Stay While Exploring the City, Surrounding Outports, Coves, Cliffs. Hiking Trails and Sea Adventures Or As a Base to Stretch Out and See the Island. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 AM AND CHECK OUT IS AT 10:00 AM. THANKS

Lovely, Relaxing, Beautiful View of the Harbout

I know there is a community in Newfoundland by the name of "Paradise" but we found our paradise at Anchor Cottage. We just spent the most wonderful 2 weeks there. The location is perfect, right on the harbour and we had the greatest deck from which we could watch harbour life. The cottage itself is very well laid out and had everything we needed. It was compact without being cramped. Everything about it promised "home away from home". We also appreciated that it was on one level and that we had our own parking space right beside the door. We had stayed at Rochelle's Caribou Cottage on a previous trip so we knew we were in for something special. This was our 5th trip to NFLD and on our 6th, we definitely want to stay at Anchor Cottage again.
