Very spacious semi detached home in Ugijar, which is the capital of the Eastern Alpujarras. The house is located in the oldest and quietest part of the town but only minutes to the main shops and restaurants/bars. The house has outstanding uninterrupted views over the mountains and countryside from the rear rooms and terraces. The house has a wood burner in the lounge to enjoy cosy nights by the fire. The house has 3 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 people. A large upstairs terrace with mountain views. Two bathrooms ,an open plan lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen with a terrace to enjoy al fresco dining. Cot and travel cot and high chair are also available. The house is ideally situated for walking holidays, romantic weekends, painting holidays, cycling and also motorcy... About the neighbourhood
The Alpujarra is a beautiful unspoilt area of Spain. Scenery is spectacular and is ideally suited for people who appreciate a peaceful setting for their holidays. The area is mainly agricultural with donkeys and mules still being used to plough fields, goatherds in the mountains, and many wildlife spotting opportunities.
