Attractive modern house located close to scenic Lymm Village. Great access to motorway networks. Manchester, Liverpool, and Chester are all within 30 miles. There are numerous restaurants/ bars/ pubs and a supermarket within close proximity. Lymm is the great location for those needing to travel to Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and Chester. It is well located for easy access to the M6, M62 and M56 motorway links. Property is suitable for couples, those travelling on business and families.

Was lovely to be met and greeted by Kath who showed us everything we might need. Gave a personal touch which was massively appreciated after a long flight. Heating was on, everything in place and we had a wonderful stay for 9 nights. We will be back! Thank you; it was worth every penny.

There is a Coop as you may have seen when you enter the housing estate by the mini round about. There is also a Sainsburys just a 5minute drive away (take the first exit off the mini round about & continue along Rushgreen road, Sainsburys is located on the left-hand side.) Lymm Village centre is a short 5-10min drive away (continue past Sainsburys, follow the road round the bend, over a small bridge & it leads straight into the village centre). In the village you will find various restaurants, bars, pubs, takeaways, shops & salons. Local attractions include Lymm Dam which is a lovely conservation area perfect for scenic walks. Getting around
Great access to motorway networks. Manchester, Liverpool, and Chester are all within 30 miles. It is well located for easy access to the M6, M62 and M56 motorway links. Manchester airport is 20 minutes away and Liverpool and Chester are 40 minutes away. These can be accessed via bus or train. Bank Quay and Warrington central train stations are 6 miles away. Regular trains to London - 2 hours and Birmingham - 1 hr 10 mins. The only form of public transport in Lymm is a bus service.
