Yes, we have lots of sand this year, but many don't because of the storms. We are on 7 MB and have great snorkeling off the Beachcomber Reef. My Unit 18 is a fully furnished corner penthouse condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large screened oceanview patio, and is available for weekly rentals. This unique corner unit has natural light and windows in every room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and high tech entertainment system. Large screen TV with Apple TV, ROKU, surround sound, DVD and CableTV. Also, an Amazon Alexa is there for music streaming, weather, or news. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in shower (handicap-ready) en suite, large flat screen TV with Cable/DVD, view of ocean and access to the screened patio. 2nd bedroom has a en suite bathroom with shower and tub. window view of the garden and pool/spa, a new queen size bed and large flat screen TV/DVD. 3rd bedroom has a new queen bed and twin with the bathroom shower and tub in the hall, TV/DVD and a window out to the porch. Casa Caribe is located in the center of gorgeous Seven Mile on the west side of the island (leeward side) for breathtaking sunsets. It offers the seclusion you want to make your vacation a true get-away, yet its central location allows for easy walking access for dining, shopping, golf, snorkeling, water sports and more. My unit is the 3rd floor penthouse with an oceanview, and is a corner unit with windows in every room. The view is of the water and sunsets on one side and the pool and garden from the other. There is an elevator to get there as well as exterior stairs. The complex is a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants, many beach bars and beach toy rentals.
