It is about 15 minutes to Philipsburg and Marigot, the capitals of St. Maarten and St. Martin, and only a few minutes away from Maho and it's great nightlife.

Could not say enough great things about this place. Our initial contact with Robbin with management was great. Any question we had was answered in short order. On the island the in town managers were awesome. Dishwasher stopped working and they had someone there quickly. We are lucky enough to travel a fair amount, and never stay at the same residence if in the same town. But no doubt we will return to #5 next time we come back to SXM.

Most St Martin travelers rent a car during their stay. Our preferred rental car agency is Dollar/ Thrifty. You can arrange to pick up your car at the airport or even have it delivered to your villa for free if you reservation includes a transfer. Renting a car gives you the convenience of moving about the island on your schedule. Taxies are readily available at the airport and for short trips.
